Cancellations based on what's actually happening in the warehouse. Shopify's unfulfilled status doesn't tell you if an order is already being picked or loaded onto a truck. Siena checks ShipMonk directly before attempting a cancel, so customers get accurate answers instead of false confirmations on orders that are already too far along to stop.
Processing stage visibility beyond standard tracking. ShipMonk exposes exactly where an order is in the fulfillment pipeline: unpicked, ready, picked, awaiting carrier pickup, or shipped.
